Simon is a highly accomplished , experienced fitness professional and sports therapist with over 10 years experience in the fitness industry, As a CHEK Holistic Lifestyle and Exercise Coach (Advanced), he believes in guiding, advising and empowering people to make positive lifestyle choices, and achieve their goals whether it be weight management, stress control or sport specific gains.

He aims to promote positive & permanent lifestyle modification by identifying and addressing the fundamental barriers to facilitate a client’s fitness & health potential. His training ethos is based on developing optimal mobility, stability, functional strength & fitness upon an aligned postural framework.

As an ex-national athlete, he has an extensive background in sports conditioning, corrective exercise therapy and holistic well being. He is a passionate fitness educator able to provide dynamic, versatile and innovative solutions to ensure his clients achieve their aims and ambitions.

Certified by the CHEK Institute, Titleist Performance Institute (TPI), Register of Exercise Professionals (REP’s) and the National Register of Personal Trainers (NRPT).

Nadine Simpkins
Director and Fitness Professional

Nadine has been involved in fitness, gymnastics and dance for many years. She is a qualified CHEK Exercise Coach (Advanced) and incorporates this with her unique teaching style and innovative blend of many disciplines such as Method Putkisto (which compliments Yoga, Pilates and Alexander Technique).

One of Nadine’s distinctive qualities is her perceptive ability to pay particular attention to the postural changes within the body due to a variety of external and internal factors. She believes in recognising the human body as a whole, where every system is interrelated helping to create a stable state of well being and vitality.

As a qualified personal trainer and CHEK Exercise Coach as well as Method Putkisto and Pilates instructor, Nadine creates exceptional bespoke training programs which guide her clients to achieve increased flexibility, stability, functional strength and fitness.

Nadine’s philosophy is that a healthy balanced lifestyle is a combination of physical, spiritual and social wellness - "Exercise should be fun-ctional!" With her positive attitude and outgoing personality she will help you enjoy reaching your goals with sound result based training.

Eliana Kabiro
Iyengar yoga teacher

Eliana is an Iyengar yoga teacher and has been practicing for over 16 years; she incorporates her extensive training experience in dance and artistic movement with the study of the relationship amongst the different systems of the body and their physical and emotional manifestations.

Eliana studied at the London School of Reflexology and completed her Holistic Massage training including Ayuvedic Massage at the Osho International Commune in Poona, India.
Working to post graduate qualifications on Aromatherapy in London and Metamorphic Massage at the Istituto di Scienze Umane-Roma, Eliana is also a Reiki and Watsu (Water Shiatsu) practitioner.

A certified member of A.E.M.O (European Association of Holistic Massage and a teacher of Sensitive Gestalt Massage (SGM), Elian promotes the development of Filosomatica, a new holistic approach to body awareness.

Her wide and rich background allows Eliana to approach holistic disciplines with a greater intuitive sensitivity towards the human body and its complex dynamics of movement and expression, transforming the treatment into a more complete experience.

Juliet Larkin
Yoga

Juliet has been practicing and teaching Yoga for over 20 years; having trained at the Inner Yoga Trust, affiliated to the British Wheel of Yoga, with Jenny Beeken.

Drawing on the wisdom of Iyengar, Vanda Scaravelli and having worked with Angela Farmer and Victor van Kooten, her teaching is breath based release work with more emphasis upon 'undoing' rather than 'doing'.

Combining her extensive background training in acting, dance and artistic movement, Juliet views her teaching as a journey with the body as an expression of self. She is known for her unique ability and energy of 'freeing up' students and giving them a means of fully expressing themselves in everyday life.
